Who We Are
Sisters Filaah is a religious organization based in Calgary, dedicated to building sisterhood within the Muslim community. The organization's goal is to provide support and foster a sense of unity among women following the Islamic faith in Calgary, creating a supportive and enriching environment for individuals on their spiritual journey. We offer weekly halaqahs for gaining knowledge about religion and fun events to build a strong sisterhood. Sisters Filaaah, meaning "sisters for the sake of Allah SWT," is specifically designed for women, by women, and aims to provide enriching and supportive experiences on the spiritual journey, focusing on fostering friendships, community, and spiritual growth.
